Shipping and Returns


Items sent within France are made via Colissimo. Delivery is usually made within 3 - 4 working days of receipt by Colissimo.

Quotes for delivery

We regret we are unable to give quotes for delivery charges over the telephone. This website will automatically calculate the fees based on the weight of the items you have selected.

Please note:

We are not able to claim for any damage to items if a parcel has been signed for and accepted as "in good condition".

Any damage to the exterior of the box must (without exception) be noted before signing for the parcel.

All claims for damage must be made within 48hours of receiving the items and must include photos showing the items and the exterior of the box.

Receipt of Goods

  • On receiving the goods, the buyer must immediately check their condition and their compliance with the order. In the event of the package being damaged, the buyer must note this when signing for it.
  • Claims for damages should be made by email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. All claims relating to an inaccuracy in the amounts or receiving incorrect items in relation to the accepted offer or confirmation of the order by the seller, must be made in writing or by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise the right to claim will not be possible.
  • Photographic evidence of damage to goods and box will be required. 
  • Claims will not be considered if an item has been signed for and accepted in good condition. Any damage to parcels must be noted upon delivery.

Refunds on Postage

Once items have been dispatched by us we regret that we will be unable to offer a refund for postage paid without exception.
